General bonus rules that apply to all Lucky 103 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
- Bonuses are credited in PKR and are denominated entirely in PKR throughout their lifecycle.

Lucky 103 uses automated monitoring to detect collusion, bonus abuse, and multi-accounting. Patterns that match prohibited conduct trigger an immediate account review. Affected accounts are suspended without notice pending investigation.
10Account Suspension & Closure
Lucky 103 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
- Chargeback initiated on a deposit through your bank or payment provider
- Player-requested self-exclusion through Lucky 103's responsible gaming tools
- Account identified as belonging to a person under 18 years of age
In the event of account suspension for reasons other than criminal conduct or bonus abuse, any real-money balance at the time of suspension will be returned to the player via their last used deposit method after the investigation is completed.
